Remote Assistant - Girl Guiding Edinburgh
Job Description
We are in the process of building a communications and marketing resource to assist our Edinburgh-wide Girlguiding communications activities over the next year.
Most roles would be remote, unless we're hosting an event for members, in which case some may be invited to do the photography or filming of the event (please note, any interaction with our young members would first require a PVG check).
We're looking for assistance in the following areas:
- Creating and scheduling regular social media content
- Creating news content for the website
- Photography at Edinburgh-wide or local member events if required
- Filming at Edinburgh-wide member events
- Using the Girlguiding brand guidelines to help create graphics, recruitment posters and other visual resources - in Canva, Photoshop or InDesign (Canva preferred so that members can login and adapt the resource to their own needs)
- Collating the weekly newsletter (which may become fortnightly soon)
