Wellbeing Workshops

The Wellbeing Team offer workshops on a wide variety of wellbeing topics. Please email us on wellbeing@edinburghcollege.ac.uk if you'd like us to visit your class.

Wellbeing Workshops on offer 2025/26:

Humans and Resilience

In this workshop we will discuss resilience as a human 'superpower' and the four pillars of building resilience.

Healthy Relationships and Safe Online Conduct

In this workshop we will discuss respectful and healthy relationships as well as online risks such as catfishing.

Substance Harm Reduction & Awareness (Tues & Thurs only)

An interactive session exploring the harmful effects of substances and sorting myths from facts.

Music and Movement for Wellbeing (Tues & Thurs only)

A playful group session for squeezing fun physical activity and music into your day.

Mindful Photography (Tues & Thurs only)

Focus in on the natural world around you through capturing mindful moments on camera and sharing them with the group.

Team Building (Tues & Thurs only)

Work together to problem solve, build, challenge and come up with new ideas (including lots of laughter!)

Conversation Club (Tues & Thurs only)

Using a mixture of prompt cards and suggested themes, join the conversation and connect with peers.
