Role Overview
As a Grill Chef, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes and supporting the Head Chef. You’ll ensure smooth kitchen operations, uphold food quality standards, and lead by example in maintaining hygiene and safety.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist in day-to-day kitchen management
● Support Head/Sous Chef and communicate effectively
● Take charge of kitchen operations when senior chefs are absent
● Manage stock levels and minimize wastage
● Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
● Supervise and motivate the Kitchen Porter team
Requirements
● Previous Grill, Prep, or Chef de Partie experience preferred
● Essential kitchen experience
● Ability to work calmly under pressure
● Strong communication skills
● Flexible with tasks and working hours
● Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
