For the Attention of the Customer Service / Business/Motor Vehicle Course Team
In 2024, Stellantis launched the Rising Stars Traineeship Programme. We are now extending this initiative to include a dedicated pathway for Customer Service Advisors.
This programme is designed specifically for students studying Level 3 qualifications in Customer Service, Business, or Motor Vehicle-related courses at FE colleges. It is not an apprenticeship route, but a structured traineeship that supports direct employment within a Stellantis main dealership.
Working in partnership with colleges, we provide a clear employment pathway with local Stellantis retailers, including Peugeot, Citroën, Fiat, Vauxhall, Jeep and Alfa Romeo.
We recognise that many students complete Level 2/3 qualifications with strong theoretical understanding but limited exposure to the pace, systems and customer expectations of a main dealership service department. Employers are often cautious when recruiting without practical front-of-house experience.
The Stellantis Rising Stars Customer Service Advisor Traineeship addresses this gap.
The model is structured as follows:
Level 2/3 Customer Service / Business / Motor Vehicle qualification at your college
- Structured development and brand training delivered by the Stellantis Performance Academy
- Up to 2 days per week PAID employment as a Customer Service Advisor Trainee within a local Stellantis main dealership
= A confident, employment-ready Customer Service Advisor
Students remain enrolled at college while gaining real-world experience in customer communication, booking processes, vehicle health check explanations, service plans, finance products and dealership systems.
This approach strengthens employability, builds confidence in live customer environments and creates a sustainable talent pipeline for the Stellantis retailer network.
