Role Summary:

247 Alba Care is seeking caring, reliable Adult Support Carers to support adults with a range of needs in community and supported living settings. Opportunities are available for part-time employment and course placements.

Key Duties:

·         Support with daily living and personal care

·         Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing

·         Assist with social activities and community engagement

·         Follow care plans and work as part of a supportive team

·         Willingness to learn and follow established best practice

 

Training & Support:

Full training and ongoing support provided. Placement roles are supervised in line with course requirements.
